ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Bojana.
Mom to a little girl.
After completing my Bachelor's and Master's studies in Belgrade, life brought me to Austria at the age of 25.
Almost overnight, I was offered a job opportunity, packed my bags, left the comfort of my family home, and set off on my own into a completely new chapter of life.
The years that followed shaped me in many ways. Living far from my family taught me independence, but also the importance of knowing and respecting myself, my needs, and my boundaries.
Working at an international research institute in Austria, I was introduced to a different perspective on women, motherhood, and personal growth. Experiencing different cultures and values helped me gradually shape my own view of life and rethink many of the beliefs I had grown up with.
During more than ten years of living in Austria, often feeling as though I had to do everything on my own, I became aware of just how much I was capable of. But even more importantly, I learned to be decisive and to say no to the things that were not aligned with who I am.
Nurturing the feminine principle, honoring my own needs, and cultivating inner peace became one of my priorities. ♡

How Modern Moms Wellbeing
Was Born
This all deepened significantly when I decided I wanted to become a mother.
I was already aware of how much nutrition and emotions influence my health and inner sense of wellbeing. Wanting the very best for my baby, I began investing even more in my health, wellbeing, and personal growth.
During my years in Austria, I completed a PhD in Regenerative Medicine, which opened the door to the world of scientific research and evidence-based thinking.
At the same time, my experiences during pregnancy and the challenges I faced within the healthcare system inspired me to explore a more natural and holistic approach to health, pregnancy, and childbirth.
After that, I continued my education through the Health Coaching program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I gained deeper insight into how daily habits, nutrition, and lifestyle shape our physical and mental health, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
Access to knowledge helped me feel well and move through pregnancy and motherhood with more peace, more trust in myself, and a deeper connection to who I am.
And that is why I want the same for other moms.
Today, I bring together science, personal experience, and a holistic approach to support moms who are seeking more energy, more balance, and a deeper connection with themselves.
Why Moms?
Because moms shape the world our children will grow up in.
When I became a mom, I realized just how profound a life transformation a woman goes through. Motherhood changes our priorities, our relationships, and the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
Despite how important this role is, many moms go through this period with less support, information, and understanding than they deserve.
I have been fortunate to live between different cultures and to have access to information, education, and expert resources in multiple languages. That experience showed me how important it is for women to have access to reliable information and support during one of the most important periods of their lives.
That is why Modern Moms Wellbeing was created — a space where moms have access to information, support, and different perspectives that help them make important decisions from a place of knowledge and trust in themselves, rather than fear.
